Kim Workman-Parker is a Senior Security Specialist for the Physical
Security and Fire Protection practice area of Eyak Technology, LLC.
She has over twenty years of experience in the security industry.
Her background covers a wide variety of security elements, from installation
to management. She gained her initial experience in the field installing
electronic security systems and home automation systems. During this
time she became efficient in field surveys and system integration.
This evolved into system design and project management.
Ms. Workman-Parker has extensive experience in all aspects of physical
and technical museum security. She also has a strong background in
CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, visitor screening, perimeter
barriers, and command center setup. Her trademark skill is the ability
to blend security into historic properties. Ms. Workman-Parker holds
a Physical Security Professional certification from the American
Society of Industrial Security (ASIS International).
