As Vice President of Operations, Brad Elmquist is responsible for the management of EyakTek’s business practice areas. He also oversees the bids and proposals team, contracts administration, and order fulfillment.  Mr. Elmquist reports directly to Quang Le, EyakTek’s General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

A 16-year veteran of the Information Technology industry, Mr. Elmquist joined EyakTek in 2003 as one of the early members of its management team. In his original role as Director of Program Services, he was in charge of building the services delivery practices for the company.  Prior to joining EyakTek, Mr. Elmquist was Senior Capture Manager for GTSI Corp. where he helped win and manage several large contracts. He has held both project manager and engineering positions with notable technology companies including Siemens ICN and EDS.

Mr. Elmquist holds a BS in Public Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
